Late Apulian Summer Retreat wITH Anton & The Sacred Fig

Join us in one of our favourite destinations!

For many of us, our day-to-day reality is a demanding job and social obligations. Technologies that were designed to simplify our lives have somehow added to our already overflowing plates. Our culture tells us that being ‘busy’ is a good thing: it means we're successful. Whether or not that’s true, it certainly leaves us with less time and energy to take care of ourselves.

When was the last time you felt fully recharged?  When was the last time you had the space to dedicate to the things that you find important? We designed this retreat to help you realign and recalibrate your patterns. Step away from day-to-day dramas, and get a greater perspective on yourself, your goals, your desires and your friendships.

This retreat is all about taking time do something that feels foreign: savor. In Puglia, we’ll embrace late summer with ripe apricots, lazy afternoons, boat adventures and Aperol Spritzes. Expect swims in the crystal-blue Adriatic and gorgeous Italian meals prepared by our private chef. Of course, you'll practice world-class yoga, but also expect to create new bonds, share surprising conversations and still find plenty of time for self-reflection.

About Puglia

For this late summer retreat, we’re heading all the way to the bottom of Italy’s heel: Puglia. Our retreat takes place in the Salento region of Puglia, a rough-cut version of the best that Italy has to offer. You won’t find camera-toting tourists, tour buses or English menus here. This is a dry, remote, ochre-hued land of olive groves and cliff-jumping kids, too languid to have much of a scene. The food is homey and unfussy, flavored by the region’s Greek past.

The Villa

Our private villa has been the summer residence to Dukes since the 19th century. It’s a historic and whimsical villa, surrounded by olives, pines and palms. The entrance to the villa is magnificent: a private alley, lined with century old trees. We’re steps from the small port of Tricase, granting us views of multi-colored fishing boats and easy access to cool-downs in the calm, clear Adriatic.
